I finally got to write my blog entry after such a long time... Reason being the fact that I was without a laptop for almost a week. But no worries, I got it back. The motherboard was replaced and so the graphic problem that I used to have.. is gone. X'mas has also just passed and hope everyone has got their presents from all their friends and love ones. For me, I've got presents from all my friends. Thanks guys for your gifts. Btw Van, thanks for the gift that you made, must have took you awhile to make that name thingy. Cheryl thanks for lending me some memory space on your camera on X'mas day.
Though, I'm still hoping that one day I will get my dream guitar as a present. Speaking of which, Swee Lee is having discount but I also got no $$, so go also waste time. But I believe I will sure get the money one day to buy it. Maybe when I'm working, but for now, looks like I just have to survive with what I have..
School is starting soon on Mon. But.... when people are having their exams/common test, what are my mates and I doing, attending lectures and slacking around. Maybe one or two minor tests or projects here and there, but definitely not those that require us to stress our brains out studying and memorising. Haha, but no common test... Hahahahaha..... I'm so happy.
I finally moved into MM as a member, left YLM, my first youth group. Learnt lots of things with them, but well, I guess my calling was no longer with them... So I've moved on. Now I'm playing music as both passion as well as a service to the Man up there. One thing which Lyonel told us that day during meeting definitely left an impression. He said, even if we play sucky, people think that this bunch of people cannot play, so what, God will still appreciate it because we are playing for Him not anyone else. So what even if poeple thinks we can't make it... Most importantky, its our purpose and the mindset that we hold, which is to serve Him.. I guess that sort of drove a message to me and I think even if I screw up, God will still appreciate. But than again, I can't also be screwing up all the time. So well, hopefully, I will do well. Wish me all the best.
