Hehe, I'm so happy today. Took part in the church Talent search and guess what, I won 2nd prize together with my friends. I must say, that it was a pretty good try, since like most of us never play together except for Stef, Poon and Me. Addison and Rachel just so happen to join us, I guess its sort of a experience that the Man up there has for me.
Though, I must say that it was not as stress as I thought it would be. Felt like I'm in a world of my own. Hehe, must admit that made quite abit of screwup, but considering we had around 3 weeks of practise. We are 2nd place perhaps due to this screw-ups, but I think 1st prize is well deserved by the winner as it was a original composition, while we were just playing covers. So I guess it was a great fight but who cares, 2nd place is a good result.
Used Poon's Telecaster by Squier. Sounds not too bad, have the feeling of a Fender, but well, like duh..., Squier is by Fender. But well, I still prefer a Stratocaster cause I can have more tone selection. While Tele only has 3 selection. But in anycase, sort of fulfill part of a dream by touching a Squier.
Hm.... that is all that has happen, so now I think I shall go zonk off..... But I want that Stratocauster. Till next time
